We carefully inspect every carpet before shipment and request inspection upon delivery. For courier deliveries, a signature is required at the time of delivery.

48-Hour Reporting Window

If a defect is discovered, contact Customer Care at +91 82397 87333 or vwindiaorg@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Products are eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.

International Orders

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps within the 48-hour window for manufacturing-fault cases

Raise a Request (48h)

Raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product via phone or email.

Share Photos

Provide multiple photos: one with the product open for damage inspection and one showing it securely repacked.

Keep Original Packaging

Ensure original packaging, labels, and tags are intact; repack securely for pickup.

Pickup & QC

We arrange pickup at a mutually agreed time; item undergoes quality inspection on arrival.

Eligibility

  • Returns are only eligible for manufacturing faults that cannot be fixed.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Only non-custom and non-discounted items are eligible.

Not Eligible

  • International orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • Sale/discounted/custom products are not eligible.
  • Furniture orders are not eligible for returns.

Return Packaging

  • Original packaging is mandatory; all labels/tags must be intact.
  • Do not use, wash, alter, or soil the rug before return.
  • Altered/illegible serial numbers void the return.

This fee helps cover shipping, handling, and quality inspection. No return charges are applied for products found with manufacturing defects.

Refund Process & Timelines

Prepaid Orders

Refund processed within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refund processed within 10–12 working days after pickup and receipt of bank details. No cash refunds.

Quality Check

Refunds or replacements are initiated only after the item passes quality inspection.
